John Lee Obituary John N. Lee, 81 year old resident of East Gull Lake, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at his residence. John was born March 26, 1933 in Brainerd to Ernest R. and Hazel A. (Bruce) Lee. John Graduated from Brainerd High School, attended Brainerd Community College, he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. John Married Barbara Dayton on September 21, 1957 in Sebeka, MN. John was a Co-owner of Lee Brothers Enterprise for over fifty years with his brother Robert. Survivors include John's wife Barbara, children Laurie Lopez, Jon Lee, David Lee, Sarah Rintamaki, Jeremy Lee, Zachary Lee, Levi Lee, 38 Grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, Brother Robert Lee, sister H. Miriam Loukusa. Preceded in death by his son John Gregory Lee, daughter Debora Honkala, Parents, brothers Bruce and Perry Lee. Funeral Services will be held 11:am Monday, May 5th at the Laestadian Lutheran Church in Brainerd. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4th from 4-7:00 pm at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd and one hour prior to Services at the Church on Monday.. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd. Military Honors provided by the Brainerd American Legion Post 255.
