Bertha Anderson Obituary Bertha Violet Anderson, 64, of Brainerd passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Good Samaritan Society - Bethany. Bertha was born on July 21, 1945 to Jefferson and Margaret Hines in Brainerd. Bertha is survived by her children, Kathy (Max) Sibbert, Jim (Denise) Anderson, Julie (Mitch) Smith, Janelle (Richard) Gassert, Tammy Dallmann, and Rhonda Newton. She adopted and raised 2 of her grandchildren, Kassy and Michael Dallmann; her other grandchildren include Jennifer, Jon, Missy, Jason, Jeff, Becky, Mallory, Brandon, Dena, Julia, Natalie, Ryan, Robbie, Mike, Chris, Bradley and Ashley; 12-great grandchildren, three sisters, Evelyn Ruhl, Betty Berg, Shirley (Lyle) Hines and sister-in-law, Alice (Ivan) Kraemer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Anderson; grandson, Jeremy; her parents; 2-brothers, Bud and Ervin Hines and 2-sisters, Annabelle Loftis and Ruth (Polly) Smith. Services will be held 1:00 P.M. on Monday, June 14, 2010 at Christ Community Church in Nisswa. Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M. on Sunday, June 13, at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd and will continue the hour before services at the church on Monday. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Nisswa immediately following the service.
