Beverly Roscoe Obituary Beverly Jean Roscoe, age 90, of Brainerd, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, at Essentia Health St. Josephs Medical Center. Beverly was born on May 17, 1935, in Platte Lake Township to Peter and Mary (Kuka) Knopik. She grew up with a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the land, farming for much of her life. She also worked many years at Potlatch. Her dedication extended beyond work to her role as a loving mother and grandmotheralways present with boundless support, wise counsel, and unwavering love. Beverlys joys were simple yet rich: she delighted in the sounds of polka music, took pleasure in watching birds from her window, and found comfort in completing her daily word searches. She was a proud member of a Flower and Card Club and actively involved with the VFW, cherishing her community and the friendships she built over the years. Beverlys kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew her. She is deeply missed by her children, Ronny Roscoe, Carol Pierzinski, Bobby (Missy) Roscoe, Ricky Roscoe; daughters-in-law, Kim Roscoe and Robin (Jeff) Geiger; grandchildren, Parker Roscoe, Torsten Roscoe, Weston Roscoe, and Melanie (Bow) Clemmer; great-grandchildren, Waylon Roscoe, Layla Roscoe, and Hunter Adamski; her brother, LeRoy Knopik; and her sister-in-law, Lucille Knopik. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; son, Patrick; son-in-law, Gary Pierzinski; and brothers, Tom, Clarence, and Leonard Knopik; and sisters, Helen Pulak and Rita Tschida. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 6, 2025, at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Fort Ripley. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior and stay for a luncheon after Mass. Private interment will take place at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Camp Ripley.
