Chad Pierzinski Obituary Chad M. Pierzinski, age 41, of Brainerd, died on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Chad was born in Brainerd on December 7, 1980, to Gerald and Linda. He had a true passion for any activity that involved being outdoors, from fishing to tinkering on any project he could get his hands on. He was an exceptionally loving uncle and father. He got along with children so well because he was always a kid at heart. He is survived by his father, Gerald (s/o Sherry) Pierzinski; mother, Linda (Kevin) Eschenbacher; siblings, Amanda (Cody) Zech, Daniel Smude, and Todd (Messena) Smude; children, Ethan Smith and his mother, Shellie Smith, and Blake Schibonski; grandma, Cleone Skaalerud, extended family members, Kevin Eschenbacher Jr., Mandy Smith, Tony Otterson, Tanya Alexander, and Tasha Hietala; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward and Verna Pierzinski, and maternal grandpa, Roger Skaalerud. Private family services will be held later.
