Clarence Billman Obituary Clarence "Hank" Billman, 93, of Brainerd, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 2, 2023. A Celebration of Hanks Life will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Nelson Doran Funeral Home. Family and friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services. Hank was born January 31, 1930, in Hackensack, the son of Arthur and Clara (Lathrup) Billman. He learned the value of hard work early in life. After school, he spent a number of years with Anderson Brothers before working at Potlatch for more than 30 years. He was an avid fisherman who also liked to camp and hunt deer or bear. Spending time with family on Lake Winnibigoshish was something he looked forward to many times a year. He was funny, sometimes stubborn, and always willing to lend a hand. He was a very good man who dearly loved his family. He will be missed by his daughters, Linda (Joe) Topp and Shellie (Tim) Jensen; sons, Jerry (Roxie) Billman and Gene Billman; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert, Ray, Donald, and Earl; and many extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia; parents; and siblings, Lynn, Margie, Irene, and Harry.
