Douglas John Pockrandt, age 79, of Nisswa died on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Nisswa. Family and friends are invited to gather for one hour prior. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery also in Nisswa.

He put his family first and valued the time he spent with them, especially Sunday dinners together. He enjoyed fishing, taking care of his lawn, and relaxing with a good beer. He worked for over thirty years as the manager of the frozen food department at SuperOne and was known for his steady dedication as 'Doug Dairy'. Earlier in life, he served three years in the United States Army, including time in Germany. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father and a constant presence in his family's life.

Doug is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beth; two children, Carrie and Stephen (Jennifer); three grandchildren, Jordan (Ashtin), Allison and Ryan; one brother; four sisters; and many other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
