Frederick Lewis Obituary Frederick C. Lewis, 59, of Longville, MN, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at The Emeralds at Grand Rapids, MN. Fred was born to the late Fletcher "Jim" and Diane (Schreiber) Lewis in Milwaukee, WI, on April 8, 1965. He would later move to Longville where he started a family and had two daughters Kelly and Jennette (Jenny). Fred enjoyed- fishing, sitting around a fire, visiting with friends and family, joking-lots of joking, playing cards and listening to music. There wouldn't be a day he didnt have the radio playing with some classic rock. One thing about Fred is you couldnt keep him down even when he was at his lowest. Fred moved around the state of Minnesota, spending about 4 years with Clark Lake Homes in Brainerd, where he bonded well with staff and later moved to The Emeralds at Grand Rapids (MN) Assisted Living Facility. He loved his girls and grandchildren and spoke of them often. Fred is survived by his daughters, Kelly (Shawn) Johnson and Jenny (Trey) Lewis. Grandchildren Adam, Aubrey, Brady, Cory and Charlie. Brothers Tony (Erica) Lewis and Bill Lewis. As well as many nieces and nephews, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Jim and Diane, sisters Sue, Janine "Jean" and Cindy, and brother James "Jimmer". A celebration of life will be held in late Spring in Longville.
