Gabrielle 'Gay' Potvin Obituary Gabrielle "Gay" Potvin, died on Thursday, March 21, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 12pm on Saturday, April 6th, 2024, at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior to the service for visitation. Gay was born on November 21, 1951, in Brainerd. She was a passionate florist in Brainerd for over 40 years. This career made Gay a staple in our community for many. When she wasnt tinkering with flowers, she could be found gardening, traveling, hunting, or fishing. She was always happy, outgoing, cracking a joke, or loving a kitty. She will be remembered and missed by so many. Gay is survived by her son, Vincent (Constance) Potvin; grandchildren, Matthew, Zoey, and Oliver; uncle, Gabriel (Maryann) Brisbois; Gabriel's children, Shelly, Leo and Ronnie and their children; and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce.
