Gloria Kreutzer Obituary Gloria Carolyn (Bayer) Kreutzer, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away at home on Thursday, November 10, 2011. Gloria was born on January 9, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to Carl and Rose Bayer. Gloria graduated from Notre Dame Academy High School and attended Cleveland State College. She became a flight attendant for Northwest Orient Airlines and moved to Minneapolis. Gloria married Gerald Kreutzer on April 20, 1968 and moved to rural Brainerd in 1982. Gloria will be deeply missed by her husband of 43 years, Gerald, her children, Scott Kreutzer, Chad (Tamara) Kreutzer, Heidi (Dan) Skaaland; 9-grandchildren, her siblings, Robert (Flo) Bayer, Jerome (Jean) Bayer, Ronald (Sandra) Bayer, Carole (Mark) Jacobson, William (Kathy) Bayer; Aunt Nell and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Throughout her struggle with cancer, Gloria was an inspiration with her positive attitude, constant faith and love of others. Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 14, 2011 at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Nisswa with Father George Zeck officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be held on Sunday at St. Christopher's Church from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. and will continue the hour before services at the church on Monday. Memorials may be given to St. Christopher's Catholic Church or Good Samaritan Hospice.
