Gregory Koshenina Obituary Gregory Koshenina, 68, passed away in North Port, Florida on July 21, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 11:00a.m., at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Brainerd. Family and friends are invited to gather at 10:30a.m. for a visitation. Gregory was born in Little Falls, Minnesota on February 17, 1955, to parents Joseph & Rose (Kalis) Koshenina. He served in the U.S. Army from 1973-1976. Gregory received his bachelors degree from St. Cloud State University. He worked for the MN Department of Corrections in St. Cloud from 1984 until he retired in 2010. Gregory is survived by his wife, Arlene; stepsons, Shane and Jason Paulson; brothers & sisters, Gene (Chuwan), Therese (Herman) Rose, Kathy (Chuck) Nelson, Joel, Francis (Karen); sister-in-laws, Ellen step-granddaughters, Katie, Jenny, & Ashley Paulson. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph & Rose Koshenina; and brothers Charles & Leon Koshenina.
