Ila Tougas Obituary Ila Mae Tougas, age 86, passed away July 25th, 2021, at Essentia Health St. Josephs Medical Center. She was born to Ross and Ruth Mckinney on March 26th, 1935. She lived in both Yucapia, California and Brainerd, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jackie; brothers, Garry and Tommy; and her sister, Ida. Ila is survived by husband, Rawleigh; sons, Jeff, Mark and Jim; brothers, Bill, Bob, and Roy; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. A service will be held at on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 5 p.m. with time to visit until 6 p.m. at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home, Brainerd. Friends and family are invited to gather at the family home after the service. Arrangements have been completed by Nelson-Doran Funeral Home, Brainerd.
