Jeffrey Kerley Obituary Jeffrey A. Kerley, 60, of Brainerd, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Essentia Health St. Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd. A Celebration of Jeffs Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Nelson Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior to services and to stay for a luncheon to follow. Jeff was born April 23, 1961, in Brainerd, the son of James and Janice (Lick) Kerley. The family moved to Kenosha, WI where he graduated from Tremper High School in 1979. While attending Gateway Technical College, Jeff found his passion for radio. He spent many years as a radio personality as well as working the management side of the medium. Jeff married Leah McDonald in 1997 and instantly become a family man. He loved Leahs daughters and to them he was Dad. He was an avid sports fan and loyal Minnesota Viking supporter. He will be missed by his wife, Leah; parents, Janice and James; daughters, Cassandra Allen, Andrea Wing, Krystal Lurvey, Amy Brooks, Amber Gilchrist; grandchildren, Dominick, Jayden, Krystal-Lynn, Tristan Michael, Keegan, Brayden, and Brianna; and brother, Jay.
