Jerald Hoffman Obituary Jerald Hoffman, 53, of Phoenix, Arizona died Sunday November 2, 2014 at John C. Lincoln Memorial Hospital Phoenix, Arizona. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 8 at First Baptist Church, Brainerd, Minnesota. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5-8 pm at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd and will continue the hour before services at the church on Saturday Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Brainerd. He is survived by his wife Sandra, his sons Aaron and Tyler, grandchildren, Riley, Louis and Nicole (Ryan Allen) and his sister Suzann (Dan) Knicely. He leaves behind stepsons Aaron and Joshua Hall and stepdaughter Emily (Joe) Fattrusso. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Diann Hoffman. He was known for his outgoing, friendly personality, his skill on the golf course and his talent on the sales floor. He will be missed by all who knew him.
