Joseph Bexell Obituary Joseph Roy Bexell, 41, of Brainerd, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Joe was born on January 7, 1982, in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of Raymond & Vivian (Kuhn) Bexell. Joe had a major love of cars and detailing cars. Joe was very picky and loved the satisfying results of a flawless vehicle. Joe also enjoyed fishing and really loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by his son, Leland; his significant other, Crissy Hanson; his parents, Raymond, and Vivian; and sister, Jennifer Bexell. Joes wishes were to have no services.
