Karen Enberg Obituary Karen Patricia Enberg (Krantz), 74, died at her Brainerd home Saturday, January 15th, 2022. Karen was born in Minneapolis on November 26th, 1947. She graduated from Brainerd High School, then went on to attend Staples Vo-Tech specializing in the culinary arts. Karen had a love for cooking, all things gardening, animal rescue and interestingly enough, classic heavy metal rock n roll. Her heart was big enough to accommodate all of those pursuits. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Albert R. Krantz Jr. and Patricia E. Krantz (Olson). Karen was much loved by her family and friends. She is survived by her former husband, Allen Enberg of Brainerd and brothers Steven Krantz (Che Suk) of St. Cloud and Bryan Krantz (Nancy), also of Brainerd. There will be no public service, although those who knew and loved her can leave remembrances of her at nelson-doran.com.
