Kurt Wilmes Obituary Kurt Wilmes, age 54, of Lakeshore, died on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Essentia Health St. Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd. Kurt was born to Richard and Lenore (Schrom) Wilmes on March 25, 1967 in Little Falls. He was a true Minnesotan who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and music. He also loved his travels to Las Vegas and Mexico, but equally enjoyed returning home. He will be missed by his mother, Lenore Wilmes; brother, Bob Wilmes, and numerous friends and relatives. A private family ceremony will be held.
