Linda Laughton Obituary Linda Maureen (Bock) Laughton passed away Sunday, October 30, 2022. She was born to Lester and Adele (Philippi) Bock on August 30, 1948. On March 7, 1970, she married her 'red shirt', the love of her life, Paul Elmer Laughton. She was many things Wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed gardening, canning, listening to music, telling stories of the past and decorating for Christmas. She loved being of service as a lifelong auxiliary member of the Brainerd Eagles Aerie 287 and the Garrison VFW Post 1816. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Esther Villnow. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul; son, Jerald (Chris); daughter, RaeLynn; five grandchildren; brothers, Leon (Kularb), Michael (Connie), David (Sheryl); sisters, Roxanne Bock, Colleen Russell; and her husbands siblings, Arlene (Harry) Hines, Rita (Marty) Wick and Duane (Nancy) Laughton many nieces and nephews. Services to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. and for one hour prior to service. Interment will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls at 1:00pm. A luncheon will follow the interment at 2:30 p.m. at the Brainerd Eagles Aerie 287.
