Samuel Bode Obituary SAMUEL LEE BODE, age 38 of Brainerd, died unexpectedly at home on February 24, 2013. He was born January 7, 1975 in Brainerd. Sam was a self-employed Construction Contractor and for a time resided in Tacoma, WA. Sam was a loving uncle to his 5 nieces and 3 nephews, avid car enthusiast and animal lover. He loved books and read all of the time, he had a constant thirst for knowledge. He is survived by his mother Sharon, sisters Rosemarie (Doug) Raknerud, Susan Sheehan, and Lisa (Bode) Dargis, aunts and uncles. His maternal grandparents, Phil and Louise Sundquist, and Uncle Kent Feldsien preceded him in death. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Park United Methodist Church in Brainerd with Pastor Brenda King officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
