Susan McCarthy Obituary Susan Lee McCarthy-Headlee, age 70, died on January 13, 2022, at Shiloh Assisted Living in Pequot Lakes. Susan was born on October 20, 1951 to Jim and Rosemary McCarthy. Susan enjoyed baking, embroidery, and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by two children, Kari Stelter and Kyle Scott; three grandchildren, Amber Varrassi, Nichole Anderson and Jasmine Miller; two great-grandchildren, Aurora and Giovanni; her sister, Linda Pustavor; and nephews, Joe, Peter and Mark Pustavor. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Michael McCarthy passed away shortly following Susan. A memorial service will be held at Riverside Union Church in Brainerd on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Brainerd.
