Timothy Borders Obituary Timothy Luvern Borders, age 66, passed away at home with his wife, Naomi, by his side on Monday, September 2nd, 2024. Tim was born on September 16th, 1957, in Seattle, Washington to Jack and Violet (Hines) Borders. In high school, Tim started a career in masonry and continued that for over 50+ years. Tim made many close connections throughout his career and was proud of his work and reputation. His biggest pride was his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed taking care of his hobby farm, watching NASCAR, fishing, hunting, and anything outdoors. He also had a love for older country music and sang along all day while he was at work. His favorite song was Silver Eagle by Merle Haggard & George Jones. He is survived by his wife Naomi, children Eric, Tim (Charlotte), Autumn (Jeff), grandchildren Wyatt, Lacey, Lily, Emma, Owen, and Carter, and 10 siblings Cindy, Mark, Pat, Neil, Penny, Pam, Colon, Brent, Chad, and Anita. He is preceded in death by his father Jack, his mother Violet, and sister Melanie. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday September 14th, at 2pm at the Pillager Fairgrounds. Attendees are encouraged to wear clothes that honor his apparel (Flannels, hats, plain white T-shirts).
