Arthur was born on November 23, 1956 to Lester and Francis (Foot) Feierabend in Brainerd. His father was his mentor and role model. He taught Arthur his trade in construction, as well as a strong work ethic by the age of twelve. He worked at numerous construction businesses over the years, including one he owned with his nephew, Brad. He eventually retired in 2008 as a superintendent at Hy-Tec Construction. In 1982, he married Audrey and together, they had two sons, Jacob and Jess. He later married Suzanne, and they were able to enjoy 25 years together. Arthur was a very kind man who treated everybody with respect and dignity – a quality he was adamant about sharing with his family. His exceptional work ethic allowed him to be passionate about his construction career, riding horses, snowmobiling, and camping with his family.
