Braedon Christopher Metz

Braedon Christopher Metz, 24, passed away unexpectantly on August 17, 2023. A visitation will be held on Tuesday August 22, 2023, from 5-8:00 pm at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Baxter, MN. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday August 23, 2023, at 11:00 am at the same Church.

Braedon was born October 11, 1998, to Kristi (Keller) and Chris Metz in Brainerd, MN. He graduated from Brainerd High School, attended North Dakota State University and Graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota where he achieved the Dean’s list on multiple occasions.

He was a gentle soul who made an immediate impression on everyone he met. One of his achievements was establishing his own car detailing service. He enjoyed wake surfing on Gull Lake, long boarding, playing golf and frisbee golf. He particularly enjoyed building his custom computers and computers for friends. He could be heard throughout the house belly laughing while online gaming with friends.

Braedon is survived by his parents, Kristi and Chris Metz, sisters Shayla and Aubri Metz, brother Gavin Metz, grandparents Val and Jay Myster, Shirley and Ben Fox, six aunts and uncles and eighteen cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandpa’s, Roger Keller, and Michael Metz.
