Jacquelynn Buscher

Jacquelynn Buscher, 81, of Brainerd, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Essentia St. Joseph’s Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Brainerd.  Family and friends are invited to gather one-hour prior.  Interment will take place at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Jacquelynn was born on June 6, 1938 to John and Edna (Rider) Woldford. She married Jerry Buscher on June 29, 1957. For 23 years, she worked at St. Joseph’s Medical Center as a cardiopulmonary tech. Jacquelynn was also a stay at home mom who enjoyed caring and playing with her children, sewing, baking, attending church activities, sports, reading, and eventually spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was an active member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, where she was a eucharistic minister, lector, release time teacher and a member of the St. Anthony’s Guild.

She is survived by her children, Deanna Anderson (Steven), John Buscher (Erin), Gerald Buscher (Jackie), Karen Marcotte (Joseph) and Andrew Buscher (Vicky); 6 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and grandson, Scott Buscher.
