Patricia Jordan Obituary

Patricia Rae Jordan, age 84, of Baxter, died on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Harmony House, Brainerd.

Patricia was born on July 12, 1936 to Winfred and Fern Dahlin (Strike) in Cambridge. She graduated from Cambridge High School in 1955 and worked for the Department of Public Welfare and Lake Owasso Children’s Home. She later transferred to Cambridge State and Brainerd State Hospital when it opened in 1959. Patricia married James L. Jordan on December 31, 1960 and together they had one son, Michael in 1962.

Patricia and her family moved to California in 1964 where she worked for 28 years in the electronic industry. Together, they moved to Las Vegas in 1992 and she worked nights as a Walmart Cashier. The couple then moved to Tomah, WI and finally to Baxter in 20014.

Patricia will be missed by her husband of 60 years; son, Michael; and granddaughter, Wednesday. She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother.

A memorial service will be at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 1 p.m. A visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Brainerd.
